I bring a deep understanding of the building blocks of design. By identifying spatial opportunities early and balancing code requirements with program efficiencies, I streamline the path from concept to layout.
Construction Documentation
Years of technical expertise are embedded into my Revit template, allowing for efficient production of clear, coordinated drawings. Contractors frequently compliment the precision of my documents, which support a smooth and predictable construction phase.
Permitting
With extensive experience navigating Bay Area permitting processes, I anticipate potential issues and resolve them before they impact the schedule. My proactive approach ensures reviews move quickly and efficiently through jurisdictional approvals.
Budget & Schedule
Early in the project, I develop smart strategies to align scope, schedule, and budget with the goal to maximize value while maintaining design integrity. My detailed planning helps clients make informed decisions at every step.

I cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Most of my partners choose to work together again, a testament to mutual trust and consistent results.
Furniture Selection & Design
Furniture is the element most directly experienced by end users. I’ve designed and selected furniture for projects with over 500,000 square feet of space. I coordinate closely with clients and dealers to ensure every piece complements the design vision and enhances the user experience.
