A property developer engaged KVD to reimagine the lobby and common corridors of a commercial office building in Petaluma with the goal of attracting new tenants. Two design concepts were developed for client selection, each proposing updated flooring, lighting, and wall finishes. A new focal feature and decorative lighting in the lobby create a strong first impression, elevating the building’s identity while remaining flexible for future leasing needs.
